How do I register for the Marraine Kids online shop?

Registration for the Marraine Kids online shop is done by creating a personal account "My Account".
If you don't yet have a "My Account" account, simply register by filling out the form under "Register". Choose a password, your e-mail address is also your username.

Payment by credit card:
In the Marraine Kids online shop we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro credit cards.
The transmission of your credit card data is protected by a secure SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer).

Pay by bank transfer:
If you choose advance payment as a payment method, you transfer the total amount to the specified account after completing the order. The ordered items will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.
If you return the ordered item, we will transfer the amount to the bank account from which you transferred after receipt of the goods.

- Please pay individually for each order.

Payment via PayPal:

Where are the Marraine Kids items produced?

We are currently producing our collections in Portugal, Italy and Romania. A 100% European production (javascript:void(0))is particularly important to us, as we pollute the environment less thanks to the short transport routes , we can optimally promote the European market and establish a close relationship with our suppliers.

What is the best way to look after my favorite Marraine Kids item?

A care label with the appropriate care symbols is sewn into every Marraine Kids garment. If you're not sure of the meaning, you can here c(javascript:void(0))heck what the symbol stands for.
For the sake of the environment, we have adapted our care labels to the Clevercare system. Clevercare (https://www.clevercare.info/de)illustrates how clothes can be washed, dried and ironed more sustainably. It's worth taking a look to protect your clothing and the environment.

How long do I have to send my order back to ?

If you don't like the items you ordered or don't fit, you can send them back to us within 14 days (after receipt of the goods) as part of our right of return.
